Please allow about 1hr 30mins for your initial treatment, as it will include a consultation and full "investigatory sequence", covering all the reflexes, which will be the best guidance in composing your personal treatment plan.
1st session - about 90mins - £55
Regular techniques foot reflexology - 60mins session - £45
Regular techniques foot reflexology combined with Reiki - 60mins session - £45
AIR techniques - bilaterally performed foot reflexology - 50mins session - £45
Reflexology could be also combined with Reiki- 60mins session - £45
Extended foot reflexology session - my clients often complain that the 60mins session is too short, so if you would like to enjoy your treatment much longer or combine the regular techniques with super-relaxing AIR techniques, this is an offer for you - 100mins session - £80
Hand reflexology - complex treatment covering all reflexes -60mins session- £45
A relaxing and energizing Reiki session -50mins session - £45
Please note that there are contraindications to performing reflexology. Unfortunately, we won't be able to proceed with the session for your safety if such contraindications are present:
- Thrombosis
- Infectious diseases
- Fungal infections
- Open wounds or sores
- Recent fractures or sprains
- First trimester of pregnancy
